Building allyship is an engaging programme that gives people the awareness, confidence and practical tools they need to be effective allies for equity and inclusion at work and beyond.
Allyship means taking action to support and advocate for others. It’s an ongoing commitment to equity and inclusion that helps create a workplace where everyone feels safe, valued, and able to thrive.
The programme is for those who want to take positive action by actively supporting and championing colleagues from marginalised groups and be part of building an inclusive workplace culture.

- understand the true meaning of allyship – and why passive support isn’t enough
- recognise privilege and bias – and learn how to challenge both with confidence
- develop empathy and compassion – through reflective, human-centred exercises
- build advocacy and communication skills – to speak up and influence change
- practice bystander intervention techniques – using the 5Ds framework
- create a personal action plan – turning values into real-world impact.
Through interactive discussions, practical exercises and shared reflection, attendees leave empowered, informed and ready to take meaningful, ongoing action.
If you’re serious about creating inclusive cultures, not just talking about them, this programme is your next step.
