Care Workforce Pathway support programme for providers - an introductory webinar
Date: Tuesday 30 June 2026
Time: 13:00 – 14:00
Location: Online
Overview
The Care Workforce Pathway is a comprehensive career framework for adult social care, detailing the knowledge, skills, values, and behaviours essential for delivering high-quality, personalised care and support.
天美mv has been working with employers in the sector to adopt the Pathway to support with workforce planning, career progression, and recruiting and retaining staff.
We are now looking for more care providers to adopt the Pathway as part of a direct support programme. This 60-minute webinar will provide an introduction to the Pathway support programme and its aims, and explain how you and your organisation can get involved.
The Pathway support programme aims to make adoption of the Pathway achievable, practical, and meaningful, by:
-
Making it easier to get started, by breaking Pathway adoption into clear, manageable steps and providing practical tools and templates.
-
Helping organisations build the Pathway into everyday workforce practice, rather than treating it as extra work or a separate initiative.
-
Supporting more consistent ways of working across providers and systems, using shared language, expectations, and approaches to workforce development.
-
Building confidence, momentum, and shared ownership across the sector, through supported learning, peer connection, and ongoing engagement.
We'll share an outline of the programme, the support you'll receive to adopt the Pathway in your organisation, and how to take part.
