In the second session of our myth busting series, we will challenge common myths and misconceptions around professional registration, accountability and decision making as part of delegated healthcare activities. We’ll help regulated professionals build confidence in delegation decisions and understand their responsibilities when supporting delegation across health and social care settings.
At this facilitated session, you will:
- discover the support, resources and guidance regulated professionals need to feel confident in delegation decisions within adult social care
- hear from experts, including representatives of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- learn about the common myths and concerns relating to professional registration and delegation
- have a chance to ask questions and hear different professional perspectives.
You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the development of a new delegated healthcare activities supervision framework and supporting resource for regulated professionals.
